Central Park: From Original to Surreal Environmental Portrait

One of the most intensive environmental portraits I have done. It was amazing taking a shot of , and turning it into a surreal image. Feel free to comment!

  1. Thank you, Kathy! I really appreciate your interest and wonderful comment. The image in its entirety took a couple of days, perhaps a week, to get together, due to deciding how best to make it stand out and be as neutral as possible with the people walking. I omitted the facial details to allow the viewer to place the faces desired in their minds. The yellow light, with the rest of its following colors does serve to provide a center for the viewer, and help create a surreal experience 🙂

  2. I really liked this. The house with the ball of yellow light creates a a centrepiece that makes the whole image work. You should do more of these. I would be curious to see how it develops. Is it a lot of work?
